On Wednesday, the City of Temple launched its new Track Temple app.

The new app allows the citizens of Temple to engage city staff and departments in a more effective and efficient way. It will allow people to contact council members and various departments in order to improve response time and get the answers to questions they would normally have to wait a long time for.

“The biggest piece is the service request section,” city officials said.

The service request section will allow people to report issues, request services and pay bills in a quicker, more efficient way than before.

The main goal is to improve community relations, communication and engagement.

The app is free and available on all platforms.
